Applications:

Temperature Range:
Typically up to 100°C (212°F).
FBE Coating standard:
ISO 21809-2: External fusion-bonded epoxy coatings.
AWWA C213: Liquid-epoxy coating systems for the interior and exterior of steel water pipelines.
CSA Z245.20: External fusion-bonded epoxy coating for steel pipes.
Diameter & WT Range:
Diameter: Up to Φ1626 mm (64 inches).
WT:4-40mm
Coating protection:
Cushioning: Coated pipes are separated by wooden or rubber spacers to prevent coating damage.
Bundling: Bundled with steel straps, ensuring no direct contact between pipes.
Wrapping: Wrapped with protective materials (e.g., plastic, foam) to prevent scratches and abrasion.
